CEO and founder, International Human Rights Advocate, Human Resource Manager, Grant Writer, global Entrepreneurship Nonprofit Executive.

Ramatou is an International Human Rights Advocate. Her compassion and desire to contribute toward human wellbeing, lead her to attend Miami’s St. Thomas University School of Law and where she obtained her master’s degree in International, Intercultural Human Rights Laws. She learned in-depth about the protection of human dignity across social, political, economic, and cultural lines. Ramatou completed her Bachelor in Communications from University of Maryland, a certification in Human resource management from University of Miami, and successfully completed the Jim Moran Institute for Global Entrepreneurship Non-Profit Executive Program from Florida State University’s School of Business.

Compassionate by the urgent need to protect underprivileged children and their inalienable right to survival, development, protection, and participation, she worked with the Florida State Attorney’s Office Child Support Enforcement division for years helping collect child support alimonies for thousands of children. She continued to work with children in schools K-12, assisting with not only their academic success but also with the application process for Florida’s free lunch program to ensure no child is left hungry. She understands the critical need to embrace our children, keep them healthy while educating one generation of children after another. Ramatou went on to work in Higher education as an Executive Administrative Coordinator creating policies and procedures that simplified workloads, supporting top-level management, and contributing to the continued success of their University.
As the founder and CEO for GOEA, she strives to develop strategies, systems, and programs that can help build the capabilities needed to achieve strategic objectives. Her dream is to take GOEA’s Mission and Vision Global to benefit children worldwide.
In addition to her mission with GOEA, Ramatou is currently a Certified, Licensed Insurance Agent working with Benefit and Together Health Companies to ensure that the elderly Medicare recipients in the United States get affordable health insurance plans that they are entitled to stay healthy and striving.

GOEA mission to make a difference in people’s life is influenced by the United Nation’s Universal Declaration of Human Rights article 1, which states that “All human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights” and the Convention on the Rights of the Child, which recognizes the “equal and inalienable rights of all members of the human family as the foundation of freedom, justice, and peace in the world.”

GOEA understands the fact that children are future leaders. The importance of teaching them to be future-ready in all areas and dynamics is crucial.

Always be Kind….
